Process Stages
Initial Briefing – what issues or challenges do you need to address / fix / improve?
Private Fact-finding Interviews - around two hours with each selected family member, employee, and/or adviser to obtain their perspectives - in person, or online.
Status Report - issued within five business days of completing interviews, includes:
Assessment - current state of the family, the business, and the family-in-business.
Issues Raised – personal, relationship, commercial, financial, generational.
Other Issues Identified - risks, threats, opportunities, concerns, expectations and aspirations.
Recommendations – practical guidance for decision-makers (further advice, mentoring and coaching available on request).
Outcomes - Peace of mind for leaders and decision-makers equipped with an objective expert situation analysis and a Roadmap for resolving current issues, challenges, and problems.
